Saturday February 12, 2005 at 8:00 PM

PEN New England joins forces with Tim Huggins of Newtonville Books to present our 5th annual EROS NIGHT on Saturday, February 12, at 8:00 PM at the Paradise Lounge in Boston.

Join PEN's Elizabeth Searle for an evening of erotic readings, sexy songs, drinks, laughs and chocolate.

This year's readers are four cutting-edge fiction writers who combine the comic and the erotic:

  • Tom Perrotta (Little Children, Election)
  • Steve Almond (My Life in Heavy Metal, Candyfreak, The Evil B.B. Chow)
  • Lisa Dierbeck (ONE PILL MAKES YOU SMALLER)
  • Alicia Erian (TOWELHEAD, The Brutal Language of Love

The authors will read sexy scenes from their own works; guest DJs will spin their favorite sexy songs; PEN will hand out free Hershey's Kisses.

To reserve a table, call the Paradise (969 Comm. Ave, near Kenmore) at 617.562.8819.

Last year over 200 people attended Eros Night; Although reservations are not required, reserving a table will ensure you a space at this popular and free event. Those without reservations are urged to arrive early (doors open at 6pm.)

Come prepared to laugh at love!
